Yeah. One of the biggest gaming youtuber of Brazil went up from 1.5 Millions to over 4 Millions in 1 year, majority due to GTAV's races. He makes 7 videos or more every day: GameplayRJ.

I watch Jelly, Slogoman and Kwebblekop who play GTA5 together and do racing. They have about 4M subs each within a few years.
