I know thats a comon complaint, but only among high end pc gamers wich are very few iin comparison. So I dont think 60fps will be a driving factor, at least not as much as pixel count will be.
At the end of the day then console is able to do it, but devs will prefer quality of image over framerate and will just not include the option, cuz more people care abut image res than frames.
It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.
