OT: up to the devs, always has been, 60fps was achieved on PS2 so it's really a matter of priority. Better graphics evidently markets better than higher frames or more pixels. Diminishing returns? Idk |
Sony should make it a requirement as its taking away many gamers from console to PC as 60fps matters a lot to many people.
