There's not even a mentionable amount of content in 4K. Sure, there are some UHD Blu-Rays on the market, but most of them are just upscaled. Hollywood is just now adapting to 4K, most movies are still shot in 2K (which is only a little above 1080p). The Revenant was shot in 4K, but other than that? Can't think of any recent movie shot in native 4K.
Such a player makes sense in about 5 years, when the PS5 comes around. I'm sure that thing will have it. For the moment I'm good. Wake me up when there's actual content.
