Yeah, because practically no game really needs 60 FPS. Almost all games benefit from it though, and some more than others. If I was into Mass Effect, I'd want it at 60 FPS though. The only Mass Effect game I've played is the first one, and it had enough shooting to benefit quite a lot from 60 FPS. As far as I know, the rest have lots of shooting too, so they shouldn't be any different.
