Given that the relative power gap between a Scorpio and a PS4Pro is almost exactly the same as the relative gap between the PS4 and the XBO, I'd kinda expect that to be the case. Should be as noticeable as the gap is between those two, perhaps somewhat less due to diminishing returns.
