I don't it's a huge deal in any way, but isn't it strange that the PS4Pro can't play 4K Blurays when Sony is one of the founders of Bluray? Is the console even a 4K console, or does it only upscale to 4K and therefore isn't able to play actual 4K content from a disc? It would explain why it only offers streaming in 4K and not Blurays.

Even on powerful pc's it struggles to pull off native 4k with a decent frame rate especially for open world games.  you can be certain though,  even if it's not native,  the PS4 Pro games will look awesome on your 4k TV and that's what really matters.

Or you could just buy an Scorpio that can actually run the games at 4K native (or at least more regularily than the PS4 Pro will). And probably play 4K Blu-Rays, without having to pay an additional $300+.
