There is little reason,
But as a current owner I want the improved visuals for 1080p (as I don't own 4K) which after selling my PS4 isn't that much so that's great.
But for current owners who have a 4K tv, they have more than enough reason to upgrade.
There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'

2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'
