Regarding the size of NX game cartridges they will not be 32GB or 64GB as that is simply too expensive. It's likely they will be slightly larger on average as the generation before has been the case with all previous Nintendo cartridge generations.

One of the largest 3DS roms is xenoblade chronicles at 4GB and you can expect NX to be 4GB to 8GB at the beginning which is 32Gb and 64Gb (gigabits not gigabytes)

It's truly ridiculous to believe the carts will be 32GB and 64GB unless Nintendo are planning on selling games for $80 each on cartridge. This is especially true if the system only has 32GB of memory of which much will be taken by the system so in effect you can't store any games on the tablet itself and there will be no downloadable games. That really needs to be nipped in the bud as total rubbish.

The games will be much smaller than ps4, xbone and even some wii u games.

You can get bulk 32GB cards for like $5, Nintendo probably could score them for far cheaper than that. 3DS is early 2000s technology, using that as a baseline of what's possible today is pointless.

Not the same. The cards will be proprietory lower volume  ROM cards and not be mass market 32GB cards. New 3DS games are still coming out now.

They aren't going to release a tablet with 32GB memory that can't store a single downloadable game. The spec and screen resolution will seriously reduce code size compared to home consoles anyway.  So basically too expensive,  not required and doesn't work with the announced spec if true.
