Yet you think it's ok for a government to subjectively judge how to enforce their laws?

Edit: Also, let's say this stupid law was some other stupid law... maybe a law against gay people, or maybe one saying black people aren't allowed, would you then be saying 'too bad, they shouldn't have been gay/black then'?

 

Apples and oranges. You can outlaw actions, not people. Being black is not an action. playing pokemon in a place where that is restricted and posting it online is an action. It's a decision he made.
