The reason for the arrest was systematical provocations against orthodox religion on his blog and youtube channel (like singing prayers to Christ with swear words and so on).  And yes, we have a law against provocations on peoples race, religion etc.

So instead of arresting him for one stupid reason you're saying they arrested him for a different stupid reason?

We have a law against provoking/insulting people because of their colour/religion/social group etc. And we have jailtime as one of the penalties on this. If you break the law you get penalized. Isn't it simple enough?
