I've been on numerous art websites and have seen thousands of Nintendo-related art and none appeared to be in danger of being removed due to Nintendo's doing. Heck, the devs from Pokemon, in which TPCi are known to be protective of the IP and brand, have even commented on fan art on Twitter so they must be okay with them (except for one featuring Serena and Ash in Alola clothes though some fans point out that could be a hint that Serena could remain as a member of Ash's group in the future if they blocked anyone showing them that photo)! If Nintendo were to do such thing, they could've done it YEARS ago! Ive even posted a photo of that featured Mario and Link in my drawing on my social media and I've not heard anything from Nintendo. |
