Cooling is a little noisy? If this thing is actively cooled, I'll eat my own shorts!
Poor battery life is something I'm resigned to. Crossing my fingers for a removable battery. I bought a 5000mah battery for my 3ds, and that was the end of my battery woes for that system, hopefully I'll be able to do the same for the NX.
