They are spreading their money out in many different endeavors (probably the most they've ever done). They have new hardware, new games, started a movie studio to make Nintendo movies, merchandising even more than they were, partnerships with other companies, such as universal studios, smartphone stuff, etc, etc. I highly doubt they'll sell themselves to anyone, they seem like a very internal orientated company that doesn't like being told what they should do.
