It use to be Nintendo was the company pushing gaming forward. The original Mario and Zelda were incredibly ambitious titles for their time. I think the success of the Wii and DS showed them they didn't need to push barriers to reap massive financial rewards.
Don't get me wrong, they still make some great games, but the whole time I played Galaxy (great game) I couldn't help but think how an HD remaster would be great as well given what I was playing on PS3 at the time.
I'd love a Galaxy 3, but if I had to guess more likely to get another "New" Super Mario Bros. NX, which is fine, just not the type of game that really excites me about a platform.
