• Pokemon Sun & Moon
• Dragon Quest VII
• Yo-kai Watch 2
• Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice
• Mario & Sonic at the Olympics
• Sonic Boom: Ice & Fire
• Mario Party
• Potentially Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse and 7th Dragon III Code VFD in the European Direct, though given they were confirmed in a press release earlier today, they may not feature.
• Europe may get a Metroid Prime: Federation Force trailer, given it launches tomorrow, or perhaps just a reminder

Games further ahead and localisations:

• Ever Oasis, perhaps with a 2017 confirmation 
• Release date for Dragon Quest VIII
• Monster Hunter Stories
• Detective Pikachu
• The new Professor Layton game/spin-off

Other:

• Nindie sizzle reel, presumably for the September sale
• Galaxy New 3DS XL for Europe
• New 3DS Virtual Console update: more SNES games
• Animal Crossing: New Leaf amiibo update

I don't expect we'll see all of this (or even any of the wild-card options) but it gives you an idea of how much Nintendo can pack into a 3DS Direct. It'd be nice to see confirmation of a few more 2017 titles to see the system out, there's still a big 3DS audience and Nintendo usually do a decent job of giving their portable systems some long-tail support.
