I thought the overall agreement was 60fps > all, even praise going to games running 720p/60fps rather than upping the resolution but at the cost of play-ability in some cases.
Either way, I'm a distance off gaming in 4k and even further off caring about it, PS4/Mid range PC/Vita/3DS running at whatever framerate and resolution they offer but with the games I love, all that matters to me.
