Yeah, Zelda is the least likely thing out of the bunch, because it's a sure thing that it will be shown during the NX reveal which should happen in mid-to-late September.

I wonder if they will show something completely new about the game, or just almost the same content for the sake of make it easier the comparisions between both versions...

We probably will hear what the story is about. And they did say that the demo removed NPCs and buildings and shit.
