Not really..... There is a certian amount of consoles that can be sold at $350. And a differemt amount that can be sold at $250.....etc

If the PS4 comes in at $250 this holiday then thats going to drive its on sales and it will sell more than any holiday before this one. Neo or not. 

And due to a certain amount not being on the market this holiday season, and a certain amount of people bring unwilling to purchase any other version, that means a certain amount that would have happened this holiday season... Won't.
