Is it still acceptable to consider The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past an all-time great?

I don't find any fault with a guy being the hero and a girl being the victim. I just found the game boring, personally. I don't know why, either. I plowed through Link's Awakening and both Oracle games, so it's not top-down issues. I guess... I dunno. It just bores me.
