720p is exactly the resolution I was hoping for in a handheld. THe NX is rumoured to have enough processing power to produce good looking games at native res consistently, but 6.2 inches? The Wii U Gamepad felt clunky because of this size. Hope they slim it down.
As for the console...no. Just no. That would a a step sideways. The dock should overclock the NX so that 1080p can be reached with no visual or performance hit.
