This number represents the amount of original Xbox ones being traded toward the slim. Then, there's another percentage of people that didn't trade in, bought the xb1s and simply added another Xbox to their home. Not new owners. The third group would be the percentage of people that have bought the slim without owning an Xbox one prior.

Doesn't the 37% also include people upgrading from other systems. I know they where offering 200 for the ps4.
