While the exact day is completely random, I do have some logic for why I think it'll be the last week of September, namely as a scheme to steal thunder from TGS (and Sony's Neo). They'll have a NX reveal announcement before TGS, so NX will be people's minds during the event, then after TGS hype has died down comes the NX reveal itself!
