I mean the game didn't get a digital release (strangely). Simple as that. Actually it should be the other way around. People who claim that it got a digital release should give us a link from it's JP PSN page.

Well it could easily have been removed from PSN or replaced with the Best Price version (because that one is on the PS Store but it came out in 2016).

It's the article that Farsala linked that's very weird.
