Very happy to see Melancholia there. One of my top 3 of all time for sure.

I'd swipe Lost in Translation with The Virgin Suicides, a much better Sofia Coppola movie.

I am also happy to see Mad Max in this list, why? Because it has become impossible for me to enjoy action movies, when most are generic and uninspired. I loved Mad Max though, it offered something unique and it mixed action with amazing scenery. Many mesmerizing scenes.

Her is another recent movie that I've enjoyed very much.

Glad super-hero garbage is no where to be scene. Even the highly rated ones are crap.

The Grand Budapest Hotel is a surprising inclusion, while the first half of this movie was probably one of the finest moments in movies history, the second half was so mediocre and completely dropped the ball. I can agree with The Royal Tenenbaums inclusion, but I definitely don't see how the Grand Budapest made it to the list.
