The more time goes by the more I believe the $250 hopes, though it could just as well launch at $300. Odds of launching at $200 are minuscule, though; just no need when $250 already heartily beats the competition. That said, whatever it launches at we could still get a temporary Black Friday $50 price cut, so you might be able to get it at that price this year if you time it right and the stars align.
