I kind of enjoy the act of going on a diet; I don't know why. My BMI is at around 22.75 right now, and I'd like to bring it down to 22.00, and then begin muscle-building. The hardest part for me is limiting my soda intake. I can go without food if I have to, but going without Coke or Mountain Dew is too difficult for me. I'm a thirsty person.
