i have both (if by gamecube you mean the windwaker limited edition one) and i think the gc one is much better due to much improved framerates (maybe its not different, but it does seem so to me), resolution i believe is the same for both
EDIT: oh just saw your post right before mine, i haven't played that one, so i'm not sure how different it is from VC/windwaker versions
