We know little about the NX. When you allow game development on unreleased hardware by a third-party studio you risk the chance of an early leak.
Nintendo is smart about this and usually launches with first party only titles to minimize the risk of leaks.
It does not mean that Dues Ex could not be ported at a later time. I am confident that we will see several current gen ports and simultaneous releases once the NX is actually out.
