Who cares about some 'deep message' which chances are was unintentional anyway. Was the film enjoyable to watch? That's what matters...

They didn't love Mad Max Fury Road because it was an exceptional film, they loved it because of how it was made. It won 6 Oscars... all technical. That said, I thought it was great.

In fact that film is one of the very best executed action films ever done, is pure greatness, cinema is more than a story.
