Doesn't seem that much different outside of the flat side. Kinda underwhelming, but my ideal console size is around Vita TV size, so...

I took a screenshot from the comparison video and adjusted the angle (0.9 degree to the right) and then looked at the size of both rectangles.

the height of the slim is 71 - 72% of the launch PS4, the length is 90 - 91%. The area of the smaller rhomboid should be around 65% of the bigger one. And the Slim is also a bit shorter in width, so the volume should be between 60 - 65% of the launch PS4.
