Losing 4.7 lbs in 4 days going from 211.9 to 207.2? Impressive, but I got you beat :P
I went from 173.1 to 167.8 in three days. That's 5.3 lbs lost, and since I weigh less than you to begin with, that means I lost higher percentages as well. It doesn't help that I ate one turkey sandwich each day for those three days, and limited myself to two cans of pop per day, while exercising for at least an hour.
Oh well. I really don't need to lose weight, but I definitely need to build some muscle. It's a fun game.
