Pretty much my feelings on this matter, if there is a person who literally only does damage to the world and those in it I would rather see them quickly and cheaply removed from the planet.
I live in Ireland though where our cops do not have guns and the average utter scumbag can have upwards of 300 convictions and still not be behind bars, honestly after they've been convicted more than 10 times for things they've shown they have no interest in playing nice with others and should be just buried, don't even waste a bullet imo on people who only live to inflict pain on others, just dig hole, put in box, bury.
