Death Penalty: Does your country have it?

No death penalty here.

In a perfect and just legal system, I'd be all for the death penalty for those who are beyond rehabilitation, and rapists in general.

But the lines are blurred when the system is easily corrupted by those with power and has to much potential for false imprisonment.
