I thought the water weight that was lost from exercising was mostly from extracellular fluid in adipose tissue. Which I think varies from 15-20 lbs in men and 20-25 lbs in women(ZOMG! women have boobies, j/k) and that the total body water % varies from 45% to 80% water. A good scale should tell you how much was water and it should be pretty easy to tell, because your equilibrium would be way off. Either way, it's not healthy to lose a lot of water too quickly. If you're losing that kind of water you should replenish it, after you exercise. I seriously doubt more than 3/4 of that is from water(probably more like 25-50%), unless you're playing at different times of day or you play Wii Fit in a sauna.
