Either way, he is very successful.

Either way??    only in Trumpland , is spending daddy's money considered "successful"

Actually Trump is successful right now but it’s not because of where he started which is real-estate.  If anything, Trump has totally bungled how he handled that part of the business.  If you look a little deeper you find out that he is a magnet for dishonestly.  When people say Trump is a successful business man and this is why they believe he will be good for the economy, I have to ask the question if those people actually looked at Trump business history.

First and foremost, he is the king of reneging on any deals and contracts.  In other words his word means nothing.  If Trump promised you something and even put it in writing, he will easily break that promise.  He will tell you to sue him (which by the way he has 5000 lawsuits against him).  He will say that if you do not come to the table and renegotiate he will lock up your money for years in court.  Some people will say this is screwed business tactics because he gets out of deals he made for a lower cost.

That may be screwed in the business world of real-estate but think about how that works as the POTUS.  So any deal he does with any country is pretty much worthless.  Think about any foreign nation, investor or bank making any deals with the US.  Why would you go into any contract with a person who does not stand by his word.  Think about the comment Trump made about the US Debt.  He stated he would let it go to default so he can renegotiate the debt with our lenders for a cheaper price.  One of the reason why the US is the US is that we pay our bills.  The US dollar is still the gold standard in trading because the US always pay their bills.  US debt is considered a safe bet because we pay our bills.  When you have someone who believes that not paying our bills make a strong US that is crazy.  If lenders believe we will default on our bills what do you think happens to the credibility of the US.  Trump feels he can cause the US economy to go bankrupt like his companies and dare the lender so sue us or tie up paying our bills in court.

This is why when people use Trump the billionaire as the reason they are voting for him is plain crazy.  Having the type of dishonestly that Trump would bring to the President office is way worse than the cash grab Hillary brings.  At least Hillary would not let the US default on it’s payment and send us spiraling into a depression.  Personally I am not advocating Hillary as I am looking more now at the independents but I will say that never Trump is pretty much a solid in my book.
