Star Wars Rogue Squadron was the best in my opinion because it has aged far better than the other games on the list.
The Tony Hawk games are still okay but the first and second game are far better on Dreamcast and you should only be playing the third one on a 6th gen console.
Turok was okay for it's time but doesn't stand the test of time well. It's the same thing with Turok 2, although that game was a technical masterpiece on the N64. It looked like a PC game.
Resident Evil 2 was another technical masterpiece by the fact that it could be done in the first place. Despite the minor compression that had to be done with the cutscenes and sound, the in-game graphics were improved. Still, it isn't the definitive version of RE2 and RE2 isn't as much fun today as it was back then.
The N64 wrestling games were great but like many other sports games and shooter games, so much has been done over the years to the point where there's almost no pint in playing the older games.
Rayman 2 is still good, although not my personal favorite.
