Nintendo: Going 3rd Party without going 3rd Party

I see posts like this kinda often. Not just on vgchartz but in YouTube comments, ign, ect and whenever someone has some super complex scheme for Nintendo to go 3rd party I always wonder who in the hell actually thinks stuff like this is a good idea.
