What your saying is just a Streaming console.
Kinda like PSnow, but a nintendo version.

Your thread title doesnt make any sense though.
Also theres no real benefits to a service model streaming console (except entry price).
And it comes with huge draw backs. Nintendo going that route wouldnt do them any favors.
