Who will provide the NX GPU?

With the recent leak of Kingdom Hearts 3 and Dragon Quest 11, which both run on Unreal 4, it really is a tossup. Nvidia's Tegra chip, from K1-X2(presumably) can run Unreal 4. AMD of course can do this as well. We really cant tell.
