The've got to be careful not to get caught in the trap MS have found themselves in. They just can't sell consoles without a game included now and they've only get themselves to blame. I'm not a business man but I have seen how this works. I was a windowcleaner and had a huge round which made me a decent living. Another 'firm' stepped in and undercut us and sure enough we started losing customers to them. But we knew their pricing wasn't sustainable and they'd eventually be losing money because of other costs. We tried to explain this to the customers we had left but still they changed from us to them. 6 months later their windows were dirty and the other firm was no where to be seen. We could never get all our customers back and the business folded. That's what MS are risking for themselves and for the console business as a whole. I'm convinced they don't care now. It's a stark contrast to Sony, who are constantly reminding everyone that all boats rise with the tide. MS want to suck the ocean out of the harbour.
