*sigh* Just nobody else quote me unless you are going to read my posts fully and properly counter my posts with logic and reasoning. It gets tiresome seeing that blue mark to see someone else basically just going "nuh-uh because *point that doesn't actually refute my reasoning and is parroting the because why not argument*".

Yes, I understand KH has bounced around. Now read my reasoning regarding SE's consolidation of the series and what would make sense surrounding that current idea and movement of the series as a whole. No, FF and Dragon Quest aren't comparable here. They released on the most popular console at the time and moved to the next console to hold the title, and otherwise have been subject to SE's attempts to leech the Japanese handheld market dry in more recent years. That is not the *current* (read: as of 2016) position of Kingdom Hearts.

Yes, I understand that the game is coming to Xbox One, and that already doesn't make sense. Frankly, it is a nonsensical waste of time unlikely to even recoup the costs of porting, no matter how simple the process between PS4 and Xbox One might be. SE is just hoping to grab the most out of the Western audience, since the Xbox One version clearly is not for Japan.

Yes, I understand SE has voiced interest in the NX. This is just the standard third party developer "it's new so we're interested" thing. It happens with literally every new console. How about we wait for real world results, eh? No, I don't care what rumor x or rumor y says about what the NX could or couldn't be. I'll wait for the Nintendo reveal before deciding it is going to revolutionize gaming forever as an undeniably attractive prospect for the Japanese.

Finally, yes, I actually read the article. If you had too, you would be even more convinced this is nonsense at this point in time simply because of how poorly thought out the reasoning is. It's reasoning built around desperation for Nintendo to be accepted by third parties that have denied them on the home console level for generations. Sorry if that argument does not sway me.

So if I see that blue mark again, do me a favor and give me good reasons why I'm wrong that extend beyond general Nintendo fan reasoning of "we really want third parties to notice us again".
