Here in Ireland if they done anything beyond kissing she could end up on our sex offenders list for life over this relationship. It's a strange situation since obviously people mature at different levels (or not at all in some of the cases in this thread) but yeah with a lot of laws in place to mind children I think someone in their late teens should be really careful of dating younger people like with this gap, could end up being very embarrassing for the rest of their lives.
