My wife is 6 years older than me, so yeah, I have a bit of experience (mostly positive obviously). See how well you get on together and where you are in your lives. If it looks like it's working and you both like each other then just keep it going.
Word of warning though, see how long it is before the conversations on settling down, marriage and kids start. She's likely to be ready for all that way before you are. Then again, she might be like my wife and me and things might just align at just the right time for both of you.
