Your PC is gonna need to be strong enough to run a capture program and the game. If it isn't, the game is gonna lag no matter what. What you could do is have another pc/laptop handle the recording. And use an external capture device. Basically use one of your GPU ports, go to the capture device. Then that goes to another PC, running the recorder.
