Aside from their 3D Zelda games, the only ones that would scream HD remaster/remake with the potential to be profitable would be the 3D Mario games or a major cult classic they can't/won't make a sequel for, but I honestly wonder if they would do another Mother/Earthbound game without getting the consent of the original creator who has stated the franchise is over with Mother 3.
Edit: Wait, I do think if the NX truely is a handheld-console hybrid, the next generation of Pokemon will feature HD built in so you can say that.
