I think at least this one is based on info we already had. UPDATE: The second article doesn't even link a source...

Let's not forget that the first Article was made before the Xbox One S launched, which carry's a revised chip. So it could actually be in reference to the Xbox One S, Scorpio and Neo rather than anything tied to the NX.

I just want Nintendo to pull it's finger out.
