I don't know... That first article does says:
"In this calendar quarter AMD has won orders from Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo".
But their source sais:
"A more immediate effect could be visible in the EESC (Enterprise, Embedded and Semi-Custom) segment, as the company has secured three orders for semi-custom chips used in game consoles. These orders are believed to be for Sony’s (SNE) PlayStation 4.5, Microsoft’s (MSFT) Xbox 1.5, and the Nintendo NX."
I think at least this one is based on info we already had. UPDATE: The second article doesn't even link a source...
