Yep, like i said, i hope its just that PS4 launch overshadowed it but i am worried since the racing genre seems to be declining quite a bit as a whole.

Forza, Need for Speed, Dirt, F1 have all seen pretty large drops compared to previous installments. PS3+360 sold about 140 million units of racing software while PS4+XBO is currently around 20 million.

To me it seems like the racing genre isnt doing so hot on the new consoles.

but i must say that Need for Speed and especially F1 2015 were not really good. I loved F1 2011/2012 on my PS3, then i wanted to wait for a PS4 Version and hey last year we got the first one and it was so freakin bad compared to previous F1-Games, they pretty much removed everything from the game and i still dont get why they freakin did that!? The Gameplay was great and fun especially since i bought the G29 Wheel, i aso still did Platinum for the Game^^The same goes for Need for Speed and it wasnt that bad, its also not a "Real" Racinggame for me, but it was still fun to play it for almost a Day Playtime and i also did Platinum there.

Drivelcub also was a disaster at the beginning, its a good game now and i will still try to get as many trophies as possible there since you can get like over 20 Gold Trophies with Season pass :D  Until GT Sport which i really hope delivers, i will play Games like Drivelcub/Project Cars.

But yeah as a big racing fan this Gen isnt really good so far, but i think with F1 2016 and especially GT Sport/Asseto Corsa i will get some really good Racing Games that will keep me playing for a long time !! :)
