I don't understand what your point is. Are you trying to say I contradicted myself? If so explain please.

I said that it would be too early to judge if they're giving up on home consoles right now because it all depends on how the NX will even end up doing or where they go with it. Right now I don't see it as that way, but maybe if the NX is a runaway success Nintendo might consider just doing this instead of outright making a seperate console and handheld from now on.

And the guy who made the thread said let's consider that the NX rumors are more or less true, so yes they would be cheaping out on hardware if those rumors are true and they're using a god damn Tegra X1.

Well you did seem to take it a bit too seriously. Even saying what a joke Nintendo is when its not even confirmed yet.

To be honest yeah, I could see how it would look like i'm taking it seriously. I don't mean for it to come out that way though, lol. Also I didn't say that Nintendo was a joke, I said that releasing a console years after the PS4 has launched that has much less power than it is a joke if these rumors end up being true.

But true, these are just rumors and nothing is confirmed yet I know that. It just annoys me thinking about if it is possibly true that they're using a Tegra X1 because it then shows me that they have learned nothing from the Wii U and are making the same mistake of releasing severely outdated hardware yet again, especially when the Scorpio and Neo are on the rise. People have always been saying that Nintendo didn't care about third party support for a while now even though they at least made efforts with consoles like the Wii U but with the NX I feel like they just truly won't care at all this time since all their software output for first parties will be on one device so they feel like they can go without it or something.
